We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years of large-scale low voltage technology experience or comparable electrical contracting experience specializing in low voltage systems to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee and manage the full lifecycle of low voltage projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining quality standards and safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple large-scale low voltage projects (structured cabling, AV, access control, CCTV, DAS, and other low voltage systems) from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure clear communication and execution.
Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
Lead project meetings, ensuring clear action items and accountability for project milestones.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company quality expectations on all project sites.
Identify and proactively resolve project challenges, providing solutions to keep projects on track.
Assist in estimating and preconstruction planning when required.
Mentor and support project coordinators, assistant PMs, and field staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in large-scale low voltage technology projects or comparable experience in electrical contracting with low voltage specialization.
Strong understanding of low voltage systems, installation methods, and industry standards.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess BICSI RCDD certification or state low voltage licenses.
Proficiency with project management tools (a working knowledge of Smartsheet and Foundation is preferred).
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and low voltage system drawings.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
PMP certification or similar is a plus but not required.
OSHA 30 or ability to obtain upon hi re is preferred .
