They’re focused on solving a critical public safety challenge, bringing together innovation, policy momentum, and meaningful revenue growth. About the Role As a Product Insights Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, business operations, and leadership—turning raw data into insights that directly shape company strategy. You’ll help the organization act quickly on what matters most by building dashboards, analyzing product performance, and presenting actionable recommendations to executives. Responsibilities Analyze business and product performance metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and optimizations Build dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics tools for internal stakeholders Use SQL and BI tools to uncover insights about product usage and customer behavior Prepare executive-level presentations that translate data into actionable strategies Partner with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on priorities Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate new product features and strategic opportunities Skills & Experience 3+ years in product operations, business insights, analytics, or similar Strong SQL skills Fluent in BI/analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, etc.) Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights Excellent communication and presentation-building skills Strong problem-solving mindset and comfort working cross-functionally Nice to Have Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment Knowledge of mobility, smart cities, or public sector technology Familiarity with computer vision products or experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
