About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager within Small Business Banking to support the transformation of Legacy Systems to nCino. As a Lead Product Manager, you will define the product outcomes and strategy, and drive towards the end-state vision, lead and align cross-functional teams to create exceptional omni-channel experiences and products with measurable business outcomes and customer benefits as well as be responsible for key business and customer metrics as well as the related processes and policies, including risk and controls.

In this role, you will:

Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services Review and analyze complex major product lines and services Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Product/delivery management exposure to loan origination or loan processing systems like nCino or similar

Previous product management experience within banking or financial services

Ability to manage complex technology programs required for regulatory business requirements

Ability to communicate powerfully and succinctly to senior and executive leaders and simplify the complex; able to tell the story and gain support needed.

Strong presentation skills - written and verbal, and the ability to adapt to multiple audiences.

Experience with managing large and complex projects

Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus and a passion for the customer experience and the team member experience.

Experience with one or more Agile tools used for tracking user stories or backlogs, such as Confluence or Jira

Knowledge and understanding of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements

Microsoft Excel spreadsheets experience importing, exporting, and manipulating data

Tableau experience

Experience with Agile methodology of project delivery

Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban

Vendor-based loan origination software or professional services

Job Expectations:

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
