As our Process Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our injection molding operations—leading a talented team, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.** What You’ll Do**
•
Lead and mentor processing personnel to achieve peak performance
•
Reduce scrap, optimize cycle times, and test materials for quality assurance
•
Troubleshoot equipment and support automation systems
•
Champion continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
•
Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, ISO standards, and operational guidelines** What You Bring**
•
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field is a must
•
3–5 years in injection molding, including 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role
•
Strong grasp of Scientific Injection Molding principles
•
Experience with tooling, automation, and troubleshooting preferred
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
•
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bonus points for Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001, and Lean Manufacturing training!** Working Conditions**
•
Exposure to industrial environments (chemicals, machinery, noise)
•
Physical activity including lifting up to 50 lbs and wearing PPE
•
Occasional travel (up to 5%) to other IPEX locations or training eventsAt IPEX, you’ll be part of a global company with a collaborative, people-first culture.
