Job Description

Manage all phases of public construction projects, from planning to completion. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget constraints. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project goals. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Oversee procurement of materials and resources needed for project execution. The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager - Public Projects should have:

Proven experience managing public construction projects. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes. Ability to resolve conflicts and make informed decisions under pressure.
