Job Description
Lead end-to-end project management for academic construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Oversee procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiation. Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Manage project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve their goals and maintain high performance. The successful Senior Project Manager should have:
Strong knowledge of construction project management, specifically in the academic sector. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Familiarity with construction safety standards and building regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
