The Director of Business Operations for Operations is a strategic leader responsible for driving the planning, execution, and governance of high-priority initiatives that support business growth and transformation. This role partners closely with Operations leadership and enabling functions (HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Strategy) to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence. The Director will lead a team focused on program management, communications, and continuous improvement, serving as a catalyst for change and a connector across the Operations organization. **Key Responsibilities** Identify and work with leaders to mitigate risks to business priorities or initiatives.Execute monthly All Hands for the Business Operations team. Work with leaders and team members on content creation and presentations.**Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred. 10+ years of professional experience in operations, business process improvement, or project management. Experience in large, complex, matrixed organizations. Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives, including M&A and organizational change management. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills; able to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, both virtually and in-person.
