Client Services Specialist (Hybrid – Contract to Hire) Location:

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Client Services Specialist
to join our team in Franklin, TN. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds – work from home on
Mondays and Fridays , with in-office collaboration on
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays .
As a Client Services Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting provider and producer credentialing processes, ensuring accuracy in data entry, and managing onboarding requirements. This is a
contract-to-hire opportunity , giving you the chance to grow your career with long-term potential.
Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and validate provider/producer information against business and credentialing requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in credentialing databases.
Process agent onboarding contracts and verify insurance licenses.
Add appointments and ensure agent records are complete and validated.
Utilize various systems and websites to confirm data accuracy.
Provide strong customer service while working with agents and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of customer service experience
(insurance industry knowledge is a plus).
Strong
attention to detail
with the ability to research and validate information.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
(letters, memos, and emails).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong
organizational skills
with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
and internet-based research.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong team relationships.
Education
High School Diploma required;
Associate’s degree
.
