This role also offers great opportunities to expand your professional network through active involvement with industry peers and organizations.Lead and energize teams, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.- Handle all phases of interior design, from programming to construction documentation.**Your Qualifications** * 10+ years of post-graduation interior design experience.* **NCIDQ certification required*** Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software.* Excellent communicator.* Strong knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, and specifications.* Excellent graphics and visualization skills to express your ideas.* Experience in workplace and/or hospitality design.* Commitment to sustainable design practices, with experience in projects holding certifications like LEED, WELL, or Net Zero Building.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school.*\*The base salary will be estimated between $119,000 - $145,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.*We encourage every person at Gensler to lead a healthy and balanced life.
