This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading technical accounting and reporting functions. The successful candidate will manage a small team and collaborate cross-functionally across legal, FP&A, and operations. This position reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and will interact with the other executive leaders in finance including the CFO, VP of FP&A and others. Responsibilities: Lead quarterly and annual external reporting, including preparation and review of financial statements and SEC filings. Analyze new and proposed accounting standards and communicate implications across departments. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting and disclosure compliance. Manage relationships with external auditors, legal counsel, and audit committees. Conduct technical accounting research and documentation for complex transactions including leases, equity, and M&A. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required. 10+ years of accounting experience, including SEC reporting and public accounting. Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, FASB, and SEC regulations. Experience with ASC 842 lease accounting and Workiva reporting tools. Proven leadership and mentoring skills in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Compensation:
