Base pay range : $210,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Requirements
NON-Negotiable: Exposure to SEC Reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8K, S-1, etc.) Strong Technical Memo writing skills (ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 350 & ASC 360) A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience 3-5 years of public accounting assurance experience (BIG 4 is a plus) S-1 IPO filing or SPAC exposure is a plus Key Responsibilities
IPO Readiness & Public Company Transition Responsible for all technical accounting, external reporting, and audit functions Lead the preparation and execution of the company’s S-1 registration and help navigate SEC reviews and comment letters Establish and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures consistent with SOX requirements Own all aspects of SEC reporting (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-1, S-3, etc.) Accounting Operations Oversee the full accounting cycle including GL, AR/AP, consolidations, and revenue recognition Implement scalable close processes to support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cadence Build and mentor a team capable of supporting a high-growth public company Coordinate across departments and external advisors (legal, audit, tax, Investor Relations) to support company objectives Act as a thought partner to the CFO and collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Legal, Tax, and Operations Strategic & Transactional Involvement Support future capital markets activity including follow-on offerings, investor communications, and potential M&A Ensure proper margin accounting, costing, and profitability analysis as the company scales Seniority level
