What is your role at Footprint Solutions?

The Retail Merchandiser will support our brand partnership by helping retail customers manage and display products. Responsibilities may include updating planograms, stocking displays or shelves, completing surveys and audits, assisting in store remodels, and tagging products with security materials. You will service multiple locations within a predetermined territory and report to a District Manager while working independently onsite at retailer locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement planogram updates as required.
• Stock displays or shelves to ensure products are neatly presented.
• Complete surveys and audits for stores within your territory.
• Assist in store remodels and tag products with security materials as needed.
• Serve multiple locations and customers on a recurring basis within a predetermined territory.
• Report to a District Manager while working independently onsite at retailer locations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker.
• Smartphone technology knowledge highly preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and manage store visits, scheduling, reporting, photos, and travel expenses in a timely manner.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
• High ethical standards in all work practices.
• Self-motivated and highly organized; must be 18 years or older.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Physical requirements

• Able to meet the physical demands of the job, including reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
