Overview

HIGHLAND EXPRESS SHUTTLE (Naples, FL) is seeking a van driver to transport Military Applicants to and from the Military Entrance Processing Center for medical appointments, airport runs, and occasionally to the Armed Forces Recruiting Station. The company provides a vehicle, maintenance, fuel, and a mobile phone.

Responsibilities

• Transport Military applicants along the specified route including Naples, Ft. Myers, Port Charlotte, Bradenton, and Tampa, FL; back up routes as needed.
• Operate a 15-passenger Ford E350 van.
• Run E-Log and complete route paperwork as required.

Naples, FL. Driver must live within a 10 mile radius of Naples, FL.

Position details

• Position: Van Driver, Part Time
• Work Week: Sunday - Friday; 3 days per week for part-time driver (20-30 hours/week possible)
• Salary: $15.00 per hour, as needed
• Raises: Eligible after 90 days and annually thereafter
• Pay Period: Direct deposit; deposits from 1st-15th end of month; 16th-30th or 31st deposited on the 15th of the next month; taxes withheld

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED; clean MVR; Police Record Check; pre-employment drug screening; must pass DOT physical (company paid); CDL is a plus but not required
• Must run E-Log and complete some paperwork on the route
• Must have internet at home, own a smartphone, and basic digital skills (texting, taking pictures, checking email daily)
• Company does not provide home internet
