Overview

The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused Human Resources Generalist to join our team. You'll assist with processing background checks and new hire paperwork and provide support with Workers' Comp, FMLA and Payroll as well as maintain accuracy of HRIS system records and generate reports as needed. You'll also support recruiting by sourcing top talent and scheduling interviews.

Location: Naples, FL | Salary: $28.00 to $31.25 per hour | Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing background checks and new hire paperwork
• Provide support with Workers\' Comp, FMLA and Payroll
• Maintain accuracy of HRIS system records and generate reports as needed
• Support recruiting by sourcing top talent and scheduling interviews

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience/knowledge with solid foundation in HR. Certification preferred
• Bachelors degree, or equivalent in experience
• Organized, sincere, empathetic and proactive
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, and adaptable to change
• Intermediate Word, Excel skills required to perform job
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Experience in Health Care considered a plus
