The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage project changes and ensure timely resolution of issues that arise during construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
