A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech Job Details: • Monday: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM • Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM • Thursday: 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM • Friday: 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM • Provide healthcare services applying sonic energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment • Perform ultrasonic imaging and related procedures in OB/GYN, abdomen, neurosonology, and/or ophthalmology • Demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by or at request of licensed practitioner • Exercise professional judgment in performance of services while maintaining medical ethics • Apply appropriate patient care and recognize patient conditions essential for successful procedure completion • Graduate of CAHEA accredited sonography program or equivalent required • American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers certification or equivalent approved certification required • Oregon state license as Ultrasonographer or Radiologic Technologist/Sonographer required • May be floated to other qualified departments before core staff Facility: This medical center provides comprehensive healthcare services with specialized imaging capabilities including ultrasound technology.
