Responsibilities

• Assist the housekeeping management staff with the department\'s daily operational duties
• Place outbound courtesy calls and answer phones
• Maintain filing and copying of documents
• Type routine emails, faxes, and reports
• Receive sales complaint log and track guest complaints
• Look up unit status, work orders, and reservations using resort software
• Follow up with guests to ensure issues are resolved
• Maintain a record of units cleaned/inspected per inspector
• Maintain a log of complaints pertaining to Housekeeping
• Maintain communication with Front Desk to receive information regarding telemarketing arrivals
• Assist guests and team members by responding to day-to-day requests
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• 25-35 wpm typing speed
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good writing, oral communication, and organizational skills

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
