The Regional Housekeeping Supervisor supports Regional locations, North Clinic (Everett), Bothell Home Care, and is located at the Main Hospital Campus.
Oversee and supervise the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping services including, but not limited to, staff scheduling, job assignments, performance management, and training. Function as primary contact for all ES needs throughout the organization. Ensure services are provided in a timely, consistent and collaborative manner while ensuring standards and procedures are followed.
Shift Hours – 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM and working every other weekend. Primary Location – Main Campus, 3- 4 days a week, North Clinic (Everett), Bothell Home Care
Required Education And Experience: AA degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Two (2) years work experience in healthcare, hotel or other equivalent housekeeping experience. At least two (2) years supervisory or lead experience.
Required Credentials: N/A.
Preferred: At least two (2) years supervisory or lead experience. Three (3) or more years work experience as an inpatient unit housekeeper in a healthcare environment. Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Health Management, Hospitality Management, or related field. Registered Executive Housekeeper (REH) or Certified Executive Housekeeper (CEH). Bilingual Skills. Experience managing culturally diverse groups of staff. Experience with JCAHO, Department of Health, or other regulatory auditing agencies.
Compensation Range: $60,643.00 - $90,965.00 per year. This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
