What You'll Be Doing
Project management on commercial drywall & acoustical ceiling projects Managing pricing, submittals, material procurement & scheduling of awarded projects Responsible for the overall success of a construction project Provide exceptional client service Provide management of project budget, schedule & quality Oversee contractual requirements & documentation
What You Need
3+ years commercial drywall estimating experience Experience running multiple projects simultaneously Experience with commercial drywall, metal stud framing, acoustics, etc. Knowledge of light gauge metal framing, drywall & acoustical systems Experience with projects $1M+ Excellent math & organizational skills Great leadership & communication skills
