HCAI/OSHPD Project Architect

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled HCAI/OSHPD Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare architecture, specifically in working with HCAI and OSHPD regulations. This role will involve collaborating with project teams to design and implement innovative healthcare solutions that meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of healthcare projects in compliance with HCAI and OSHPD standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create integrated design solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy and compliance. Manage project timelines and budgets while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Conduct project site assessments and coordinate with contractors and consultants throughout the construction process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare architecture with a strong focus on HCAI and OSHPD projects. Proficient in Revit and other architectural design software. Current registration as an Architect (AIA and NCARB preferred). LEED AP certification is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to sustainable design practices.
