Project Manager – Civil Engineering
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join our growing team of civil engineering professionals. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful municipal and infrastructure projects across the Texas Gulf Coast region while working alongside a collaborative, highly skilled staff.

Key Responsibilities Manage civil engineering projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met Oversee design and implementation of infrastructure projects such as water supply and distribution, wastewater systems, storm water facilities, drainage studies, street improvements, and utility master planning Coordinate with municipal clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to achieve project goals Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project reports Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and professional development support
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe 7+ years of progressive engineering experience, including at least 3 years managing municipal or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of permitting, design standards, and municipal regulations Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills
