Responsibilities:
• Process distributions from retirement plans with precision and timeliness.
• Perform complex numeric data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Handle check processing and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements during all accounting operations.
• Provide support in reconciling financial transactions and preparing reports.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with established deadlines and standards.• Proven experience in data entry, particularly with numeric information.
• Familiarity with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Knowledge of check processing procedures and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and tools.
