About the Role
As the
Emergency Room Manager , you'll provide hands-on leadership for a busy, fast-paced ED. Reporting to the interim ED Director and Chief Nursing Officer, you'll oversee patient care delivery, staff management, and performance improvement to ensure excellence in outcomes, safety, and patient experience.
What You'll Do Lead day-to-day operations of a
Level I Trauma Emergency Department Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care Drive quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives Manage departmental resources with fiscal responsibility Serve as a mentor and role model for nursing staff Qualifications • 2+ years of recent
Acute Care ED management experience • Active
RN license (Missouri or compact) •
BLS & ACLS required
upon hire •
ENPC or PALS
required upon hire •
TNCC or ATCN
required within one year of hire • Specialty certification preferred
