Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors promptly and professionally. Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner. Manage appointment scheduling for staff and ensure efficient use of time. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation management. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment. Ability to maintain a positive attitude even in challenging situations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
