Overview Our Client is seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to oversee safety compliance, subcontractor management, bid pricing review, GC coordination, change management, and leadership across technology and low-voltage scopes of work. This includes

structured cabling, IT infrastructure, and PS/MS DAS systems .

The Project Manager will serve as a

subject matter expert

who demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and project management skills while effectively integrating technology scopes into large-scale construction projects. All responsibilities will be performed in alignment with the

Key Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Champion and model a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance and mentoring others to maintain an injury-free environment. Coordinate all technology-related design and construction efforts to meet constructability, quality, financial, and technical standards. Participate in RFP preparation and review for subcontractors and suppliers during the pre-construction process. Validate subcontracting and supply scopes, partnering with the Pre-Construction Development Team for scope leveling, contract negotiations, and relationship management. Manage change orders and bid pricing alongside project engineers and subcontractor teams. Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance including communication, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting. Coordinate all scopes of work and scheduling with the GC, including site walks, reporting, and project meetings. Provide technical expertise on

design assist, installation, and network integration

for complete

low voltage, structured cabling, and DAS systems . Prepare and review takeoffs, vendor proposals, and trade partner pricing to ensure budgets and bids are complete, accurate, and within contractual scope. Manage budgets, cost projections, and financial tracking for assigned projects in collaboration with the project management team. Develop and enforce safety standards with field and union personnel in alignment with OSHA regulations. Lead, coach, and motivate project team members in alignment with company policies and performance standards. Support successful project delivery by achieving quality, schedule, and financial objectives. Track and report progress against key project milestones, ensuring accurate documentation and timely communication. Ensure all project documentation is properly organized and archived upon completion. Additional Responsibilities Manage the

technology consulting process

between Our Client, clients, and external consultants/contractors. Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that align with

Smart Building initiatives , working closely with the sales team to apply innovative solutions to client projects. Maintain and enhance professional and technical knowledge through training, workshops, publications, and participation in professional associations. Build relationships within local civic organizations and municipalities to strengthen community involvement and union relations. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing staff to support company growth and performance objectives. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong understanding of

low voltage systems , including

structured cabling, PS/MS DAS, and IT infrastructure integration . Ability to perform work accurately, completely, and on schedule. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to conduct effective presentations. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

and project management software. Proven ability to develop comprehensive project proposals, work plans, and budgets. Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-starting attitude and high attention to detail. Thorough knowledge of project management processes and construction workflows. Ability to manage budgets, maximize profitability, and drive new opportunities through strong client and vendor relationships.
