Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and packaging.

• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost control.

• Translate product demand forecasts into actionable production and purchasing plans.

• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.

• Administer enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and alignment across procurement, sales, and finance functions.

• Coordinate logistics for finished goods, including shipment scheduling, freight arrangements, and distribution.

• Generate and distribute detailed operational and financial reports for key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational activities with organizational objectives.

• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes by leveraging tools such as NetSuite and Excel.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify risks, and propose solutions.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, and other business reporting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory analysis and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with supply chain strategies, procurement processes, and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage complex data systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed reports to support decision-making.
• Ability to identify risks and develop actionable solutions to mitigate potential issues.
