We are seeking a Business Analyst to support cross-functional operations, with a focus on supply chain optimization, procurement, pricing management, compliance systems, data systems administration, and production efficiency. This role is instrumental in ensuring timely sourcing, cost control, accurate reporting, and supply continuity in alignment with business growth and innovation goals. The Senior Business Analyst will oversee core operational systems and ensure seamless integration between procurement, compliance, sales operations, and logistics. Procurement & Supply Chain:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for raw materials and packaging. Evaluate supplier performance and manage key relationships to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and continuity. Translate depletion forecasts into actionable purchasing and production plans. Negotiate and maintain supplier contracts, including pricing, lead times, and quality terms. Maintain accurate inventory levels for raw, WIP, and finished goods. Implement risk mitigation and redundancy strategies in the supply chain. Ensure raw material specifications are clearly defined and enforced with suppliers. Stay current on packaging innovations and sustainability practices to support long-term cost management. Maintain and manage procurement planning tied to depletion forecasts. Distributor Inventory Management (45 DOH monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting). Logistics manager for finished goods, coordinating shipments, freight, and distribution logistics. Systems & Compliance Management:

Administer VIP platform, including account tagging, reporting, SRS back-end management, and master data integrity. Manage relationship with MHW (third-party), including compliance, price postings, control state submissions, item maintenance, and fee reconciliation. Maintain MN compliance, including item registrations and price posting. Oversee NetSuite management, ensuring alignment between inventory, sales orders, procurement, and finance. Generate and distribute EOM (End of Month) reporting for finance and leadership stakeholders. Manage sales orders from entry through shipping, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy. Maintain inventory snapshots, ship/dep trackers, and distributor billback support. Oversee Bill of Lading (BOL) creation. Support retail or distributor-specific reporting and order processes. Ensure product and pricing information is consistently updated across distributors, NetSuite, and VIP. Business Analysis & Operations Support:

Collaborate with production, sales, and finance teams to align forecasts with operational capacity. Leverage data analysis to drive decision-making and identify efficiency gains. Utilize tools like NetSuite, Excel, and AI-based platforms to automate and improve business processes. Monitor and report on KPIs, cost trends, and budget adherence. Ensure product and pricing information is consistently updated across distributors and NetSuite. Process and distribute monthly depletion reports to internal stakeholders for business review. Proactively flag supply or operational risks and provide solution-oriented options to stakeholders. Support cross-department initiatives, including commercialization, product launches, and margin analysis. Support billback reviews and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy. Additional Duties:

Participate in product development and innovation reviews to ensure supply feasibility. Support compliance documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting as needed. Build and maintain a supplier evaluation and scorecard process to inform sourcing decisions. Assist with inventory and pricing accuracy, ensuring alignment between systems and partners. Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects to improve operational performance and cost savings. Oversee miscellaneous ordering. Miscellaneous projects and completes various tasks as needed by management. Qualifications, Education & Experience

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field 3+ years’ experience with procurement and supplier negotiation experience Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and Google Workspace Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage budgets, interpret data, and communicate findings clearly Experience with contract terms, insurance, and vendor risk management Ability to build out models and discuss results effectively with stakeholders. Confident leadership qualities, persistent and consistent in approach. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees/staff/visitors. Excellent contractual, analytical and negotiation skills. Preferred: Beverage, alcohol or Consumer Packages Goods Industry (CPG) experience Familiarity with logistics, distribution, and compliance in regulated industries Understanding of product lifecycles from distillation to market launch Primarily office-based with periodic onsite engagement with distilling, production, and warehousing teams.
