Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a growing insurance team. This role plays an integral part in servicing and managing an expanding book of business, primarily focused on middle-market personal lines accounts.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $65,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities
Provide full-service account management for personal lines clients, including policy changes, claims assistance, invoicing, and marketing renewals. Handle renewal business and new business, primarily through cross-selling and referrals. Quote and market policies with carriers such as Mercury, Safeco, and the California Fair Plan. Process policy change requests, including adding or removing vehicles. Assist clients with claims and ensure timely resolution. Maintain organized and accurate records in HawkSoft agency management software. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses : Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management. Carrier Knowledge : Familiarity with Mercury's system is essential. Technical Skills : Proficiency in HawkSoft or similar agency management software. Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, personable demeanor, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
