Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) has partnered with a leading real estate development and management firm to identify an Accounting Supervisor to join their finance team. This role oversees property-level accounting and supports portfolio performance across Wilder’s dynamic real estate holdings. Highlights Of The Opportunity Base salary $90–110k plus comprehensive benefits Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days per week onsite in downtown Boston Visible role with opportunities to supervise and mentor accounting staff Collaborative, team-oriented culture within a well-established company Responsibilities Supervise daily accounting operations and staff related to assigned properties Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Review budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for property performance Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies Partner with property management and senior leadership to support financial goals Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years of property accounting experience, with prior supervisory exposure preferred MRI software experience is required (no exceptions) Strong technical accounting and leadership skills Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
