Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) has partnered with a leading real estate development and management firm to identify an Accounting Supervisor to join their finance team. This role oversees property-level accounting and supports portfolio performance across Wilder’s dynamic real estate holdings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations and staff related to assigned properties
• Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Review budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for property performance
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
• Partner with property management and senior leadership to support financial goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of property accounting experience, with prior supervisory exposure preferred
• MRI software experience is required (no exceptions)
• Strong technical accounting and leadership skills
