Position: Accounting Specialist Location: NE Portland Pay: $18-30 (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday Who We Are: They are one of the fastest-growing intermodal logistics companies in the Pacific Northwest. What You’ll Do: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to manage Accounts Receivable and Invoicing within our intermodal transportation operations. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring accurate billing for intermodal shipments, including drayage, accessorial charges, fuel surcharges, and detention/demurrage fees. Reviewing load data from the TMS (Transportation Management System) and reconciling discrepancies with operations or customer service. Monitoring AR aging reports and following up with customers on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection. Responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment statuses. Supporting the accounting team with day-to-day financial operations.
