Overview Employer Industry: Strategic Communications and Digital Marketing Agency
Responsibilities
Lead media strategy and execution for cybersecurity clients, maintaining relationships with key reporters
Own execution of cybersecurity-focused PR programs including media relations and content development
Write and edit high-impact cybersecurity content such as press releases and thought leadership articles
Measure and report on the ROI of PR programs, using analytics to optimize initiatives
Mentor junior staff in media strategies and relationship building
Qualifications
3–5 years of PR/communications experience in an agency setting
Direct experience working with cybersecurity clients or within the security industry
Strong media relationships across tech, business, and security trades
Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills
Experience managing client communications and deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
Confidence using analytics tools and reporting on performance metrics
A collaborative, curious, and client-first mindset
Ability to understand and translate complex cybersecurity topics into compelling narratives
Previous experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members
