Reception
- Directing our customers via their phone inquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Greet all customers and visitors in a professional manner and notifying the appropriate team member.
Administrative
- Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; process outgoing mail
- Perform backup duties for the shipping and receiving department
- Produce badges to fill customer orders
- Develop a knowledge of company products and related accessories and components
- Receive and process sales calls and provide quotes for consumables, parts and repairs
- Purchase and maintain the company’s office supplies
- Track customer annual service agreements, send renewal notices and invoice as appropriate
Accounting/Bookkeeping
- Become the SME on company’s accounting system and its reporting
- Process all sales orders and invoices on a timely basis
- Process all cash receipts on a timely basis
- Prepare deposits and take to bank as needed
- Process payroll
- Generate, receive and process purchase orders on a timely basis
- Process accounts payable generating checks for signature
