Law firm with a broad spectrum of transactional and litigation practice areas for large corporations, small businesses, and governmental entities is seeking a Construction Litigation Paralegal to join their team.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• The Paralegal must know of and be able to perform tasks to include typical Litigation Paralegal duties, client relations, document, calendar, and database management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous paralegal experience, preferably in utility, construction, and business/commercial litigation
• Experience in Mechanic's Lien
• Paralegal certificate or four-year degree preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills; highly motivated and detail oriented; exceptional oral and written communication skills; excellent computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and database management
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, working for several attorneys.
