$150,000.00/yr - $275,000.00/yr The CFO is responsible for the Information Technology, Administration, Finance and Accounting, Tax Planning, Contracts, Insurance and Legal/Risk Management functions for Gravity Enterprises. Responsibilities

Financial Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company\'s objectives. Oversee the creation and updating of financial projections for Gravity Enterprises, and provide insights to enhance financial performance and growth. Financing & Banking:

Negotiate financing for capital expenditures and lines of credit to secure favorable terms and covenant protections, with guidance as needed from the CEO. Insurance & Tax:

Negotiate insurance contracts and oversee annual tax planning in coordination with an outside CPA firm. Accounting Oversight:

Manage the Gravity Enterprises accounting function with the Controller to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and variance analysis. Audits & Compliance:

Oversee annual external audits for Gravity Enterprises entities and respond to audits by local and federal authorities; ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. IT, Contracts & Legal:

Oversee IT initiatives, Contracts Manager, and work with legal/insurance on claims; ensure timely financial reporting and management dashboards. Budgeting & Forecasting:

Lead budgeting and forecasting with department heads and monitor financial risks and market trends. Cash Flow & Controls:

Manage cash flow, working capital, and internal controls; conduct periodic financial audits for accuracy and compliance. Strategic Partnerships:

Evaluate investments and strategic initiatives; manage banking relationships and partner with external IT consultants for security and continuity; oversee Plan Administration of the 401K plan with HR. Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Advanced degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. CPA certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience at corporate, regional, or substantial operating unit level. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge:

Financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; industry familiarity with crane and heavy equipment rental; risk management; technology and data analysis. Skills:

Financial analysis, communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving. Abilities:

Strategic thinking, adaptability, team collaboration, networking, ethical judgment, and results-driven mindset.
