$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Collaborate with the President/CEO on master planning, innovative financial strategies, and long-term planning, including a 5-year financial roadmap. Financial Management:

Hands-on oversight of budgeting, forecasting, GAAP compliance, financial reporting, and audits, while maintaining key banking and regulatory relationships. Operational Excellence:

Drive efficiency, identify risks, and optimize operations using AI-driven tools, automation, and data analytics. Service-Minded Team Leadership:

Supervise the Business Office, On-site Store, HR, Facilities, and Safety teams, ensuring alignment with the mission and operational success. Mission Alignment:

Steward resources to support faith-based values, promote transparency, and collaborate on fundraising and tuition assistance strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. MBA or CPA - Preferred 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, audits, and strategic planning. Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Sage, NetSuite, QuickBooks) and leveraging technology for financial decision-making and automation. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Passion for serving in a faith-based non-profit institution setting. Preferred Skills

Experience implementing AI-driven financial tools or ERP systems. Strong track record of operational innovation and cost management. Requirements

Certifications: CPA preferred. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Required Work Hours
