critical thinking, time management, able to assess med surg level patients and alert Charge RN / Manager / Rapid Response / Provider when acuity level changes. Good communication. On time for work shifts. Preferred or nice to have

candidates with these skills will be considered first. ACLS List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Iv fluids, tube feeds, peg feedings, Iv antibiotics, Best personality Fit: Team player. Nurses should be willing to help CNAs and other nurses REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: BLS Floating Area(s): Other med surg units, occasionally, in the holding Pod of ED Dress Code

Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Must follow HCA policies. Unit guidelines: Attend huddles at 0650 AM shift or 1850 PM shift. Must clock out and in for Meal breaks. Must clock in no earlier than 0638 or 1838 depending on shift. Weekends and On call(if any) Every other weekend or 6 weekend shifts a pay period.
