3 Responsibilities
Participate across the portfolio supporting functional capabilities and collaborate with engineers, product owners, staff architects and staff engineers. Ensure timely delivery of development projects; participate in the full development life cycle from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, implementation, and documentation. Produce technical/implementation design documentation and provide estimates for design, build, test, and implementation phases. Conduct regular implementation and code reviews to ensure alignment with standards; coach and mentor engineers in the scrum team. Update program specifications/implementation documentation as needed. Prepare configurations for production with the Scrum team; participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing; review test scripts and align with testing strategy. Offer consultation to product owners with recommendations to drive requirements to success; contribute input into technical roadmaps and architectural direction. Collaborate in a Scrum environment using agile tools and practices. Minimum Qualifications
3+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations and CMDB Experience with JavaScript, API (REST), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, AngularJS Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical solutions to various audiences Understanding of GRC/IRM industry trends Total development experience of 8+ years B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical disciplines Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Prior technical experience in systems analysis/programming Experience building/executing JavaScript utilities ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials Conceptual architecture knowledge 5+ years Agile Framework and Scaled Agile Framework experience Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is a plus Ability to design and develop technical/implementation design documentation Notes
The position will be part of a dynamic and growing GRCT team; responsibilities include designing scalable solutions across Compliance & Risk on the ServiceNow platform with hands-on configuration and modern technologies.
