Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims. Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution. Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients, showing empathy throughout the claims process. Handle claims in accordance with clients\' and company policies, procedures, and standard methodologies, complying with statutory, regulatory, and ethical requirements. Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file. Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical decision-making. Collaborate with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process. Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize tasks to optimally serve clients and claimants. Qualifications
High School Diploma. Minimum of 5 years related claims experience, with substantial experience handling lost time/indemnity claims and litigated files. Active adjusters\/licenses in FL and appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are handled. Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices. Computer experience with related claims and business software. Desired
Bachelor\'s Degree About You
Bilingual in English/Spanish required. Jurisdictional experience: Florida (FL). Location: Fully remote work option available. Compensation And Benefits
