Financial Associate
to play a pivotal role in fund operations, SPVs, and co-investment vehicles — with the ability to expand into compliance and strategic finance. This is not just another accounting role — it’s an opportunity to own critical processes, work closely with senior leadership, and contribute to high-impact investment decisions. The firm values growth-minded professionals who want room to run, shape their role, and make a visible impact. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Own day-to-day fund accounting for multiple partnerships and SPVs, including NAV calculations, valuations, and reconciliations Prepare quarterly/annual financial statements and coordinate audits with external partners Support investor reporting, capital calls, distributions, and onboarding of new funds and vehicles Contribute to process improvement initiatives, compliance, and internal control enhancements Collaborate directly with senior leadership to help scale fund operations and systems What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred 3–5 years of experience in fund accounting, private equity, venture capital, or fund administration Strong Excel skills and familiarity with fund accounting systems Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Excited to work in-office 4 days/week in Austin, TX and be part of a high-performing team Why This Role is Exciting
