The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing the Company’s income tax accounting and compliance, collaborating with internal teams, service providers, and tax professionals. Key Responsibilities: Manage corporate year-end and quarterly income tax provision/ASC 740. Prepare/review tax disclosures for SEC and other external reports. Assist with monitoring company policies and tax legislation. Support mergers and acquisitions. Review federal and state corporate and partnership returns. Maintain relationships within the Finance team to ensure tax compliance. Identify and minimize tax risk areas. Oversight of indirect tax compliance, including managing outside service provider. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Tax, Accounting, or Finance; Master's in Taxation or JD preferred. Certifications : CPA required. Experience : At least 7 years in public accounting or a large public company, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Seniority level
