Multi-Site
Plant Controller
to serve as a strategic business partner to the Plant Manager. This individual will oversee the finance and accounting functions at 2 high-volume manufacturing facilities, providing critical insight, leadership, and control to support operational excellence and business growth. Base pay range
$165,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Lead and direct daily activities of the general and cost accounting teams, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and internal controls. Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights to senior management. Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans. Maintain robust internal controls related to cash management, payroll, accounts payable, and inventory. Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Manage and maintain the capital asset system, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Support physical inventory planning, training, execution, and post-audit analysis. Champion financial consistency and process standardization across the broader industrial group. Partner cross-functionally to evaluate business cases, capital expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives. Act as a coach and mentor to finance and operations staff, developing future talent and strengthening team capability. Ideal profile

analytical and enterprise-minded , with the ability to influence strategic and operational decisions. Understand how decisions impact the P&L, balance sheet, and long-term business capabilities. Anticipate issues through data-driven insights and intervene proactively to drive performance. Communicate complex financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial leaders. Be deeply involved in operations—spending time on the shop floor to understand cost drivers and business realities. Demonstrate accountability by measuring outcomes against plans and driving corrective actions. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration. Minimum of 7 years of finance experience. Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available). Preferred: Experience as a Plant Controller or senior financial leader in a manufacturing environment with $150M+ in annual revenues. MBA, CPA, or CMA designation. At least 5 years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams. Strong cost accounting expertise (multi-level routing and bill of materials). Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar ERP systems. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities. Additional information
