We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager, Southwest with an in-depth understanding of the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Fast Casual landscape. In this role, you will oversee marketing activity in the Southwest Region, collaborating closely with Brand Partners (franchisees) to influence and guide their marketing strategies tailored to their local markets. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert on all brand local marketing initiatives and work closely with Ops partners to provide best in class Brand Partner support. They will be a strategic thinker with a proactive hands-on approach and have excellent communication skills. They must be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment with little to no direction.

Work with internal cross functional partners including Operations, Delivery, Consumer Insights, Development, and FP&A to support strategic vision and drive growth for all assigned regions.

Leverage market insights and analytics to provide effective recommendations on building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and driving sales & traffic.

Manage, support, and track all New Restaurant Openings (NROs) in the opening process for the West Region Brand Partners.

Collaborate with the Media team to implement media support for existing restaurants and NROs to drive positive transaction growth.

Provide data driven marketing analysis/tactics for restaurant-level plans to address business challenges and deliver consistent results.

Support Brand Partner New Restaurant Openings including media plans, Local Store Marketing (LSM) initiatives, and Grand Openings.

Identify opportunities within Southwest Region markets to generate brand awareness and drive transaction growth.

Prepare regular communications and presentations for Brand Partners and Ops leadership, including Period & Quarterly Sales Performance.

Evaluate and assess potential sponsorship or partnership opportunities for all brand partners.

Proactively introduce new ideas/solutions/opportunities to address regional needs more effectively.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Marketing, Field Marketing, or relevant field required

Quick Service Restaurant marketing experience required

Background in restaurant and/or retail franchise experience preferred

Local Media knowledge

Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills

Power BI data experience (other data sources are accepted)

Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

Knowledge of local marketing strategies

Up to 40% travel

Live in the Southwestern part of the United States
