Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product development, legal, quality assurance) to ensure alignment on regulatory matters. Engage with external stakeholders (regulatory agencies and industry groups) to clarify regulatory requirements, develop advocacy strategies, and advocate for the Company’s interests. Conduct thorough regulatory research on applicable regulations and standards; synthesize and interpret requirements to provide actionable insights to diverse teams. Provide expert regulatory consultation and support to the company on compliance strategies; assist teams in validating strategies and understanding regulatory obligations. Monitor changes in relevant regulations and standards; prepare and deliver regulatory reports and presentations to internal and external audiences. Identify opportunities for improving regulatory processes within the Integration and Support Division; lead or participate in efficiency initiatives. Assist new business teams in the certification process for new products and services; ensure that all compliance documentation is accurate and submitted timely. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent experience. 8–10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or related field. Experience in regulatory research, analysis, and providing consultation; experience in managing certification and compliance processes. Direct advocacy experience with agencies (CPSC, NHTSA, etc.) and/or standards organizations (SAE, UL, ANSI, etc.). Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards; ability to interpret and apply regulatory information to support business objectives. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work autonomously and in teams. Strong project and risk management skills; experience in process improvement and leading regulatory initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with research databases and industry resources. Eligibility: Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country will be considered.
