About the Position We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator, Community Engagement to bring our brand to life through trade shows, social media, community and client relationships. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll center how we show up in the industry, connect with our community, and collaborate with internal teams from a Marketing perspective. You will be an organized project manager, creative storyteller, and a natural relationship-builder, acting as a brand advocate across the industry. This posting will remain live until the role is filled. Position Details Position Type: Hourly, full time Reports to: CEO Location: Denver, CO Work Schedule: Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM About You Your Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in marketing Strong project management skills and proficiency with tools like ClickUp (or similar) Experience with social media content creation Self-motivated and self-accountable, thriving in an autonomous environment Experience engaging with clients and external stakeholders Event planning/trade show coordination experience is a plus Experience managing a brand’s social media is a plus Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs is a plus Graphic design experience is a plus
Travel & Transportation
Ability to travel for conferences and industry events (with notice) is required Reliable transportation for event coordination and logistics
Responsibilities Trade Show & Event Lifecycle Coordination
Own conference lifecycle: project management, logistics, purchasing, shipping, attendance
Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy
Build relationships with partners, industry groups, clients, and community members; identify opportunities for sponsorships, speaking engagements, and partnerships Capture feedback to inform initiatives
Social Media Support
Assist with social strategy and cadence; create content and manage the content calendar; engage on company and personal accounts as appropriate
Relationship Building & Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely conference coordination
Project Management
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines in ClickUp; manage multiple projects with budgets and deadlines
CRM Support
Execute ad-hoc support in HubSpot for Sales, Client Success, and Marketing
Client Centricity
Advocate for clients; gather feedback and translate insights into initiatives
Metric Centric Focus & Reporting
Track and report on KPIs related to role, including conference and social performance
Growth Mindset
Commitment to learning and development in Marketing
Interview Process 30-minute call with Head of People 30-minute interview with Senior Marketing Manager Take-home project 1-hour interview with CEO Compensation This is an hourly role, with compensation in the range of $28.50 – $32 per hour. Final offer is commensurate with experience, leveling, and specific skills.
