Overview
Learning Experience Designer (Agency-Style, Client-Facing). The role focuses on designing and developing training solutions for external clients in an agency or consultancy setting, including sales training, leadership development and onboarding, in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines. Responsibilities
Design and develop eLearnings, instructor-led training, videos, job aids and assessments Use video, audio, simulations, gamification and AI to enhance learning Collaborate with producers, media and engineering to bring solutions to life Lead discovery to understand client objectives and propose creative, feasible solutions Facilitate working sessions and reviews with subject matter experts and stakeholders Build strong client partnerships through clear communication, proactive guidance and consultative recommendations Manage multiple workstreams, meet milestones and deliver on schedule Work comfortably with feedback cycles, shifting priorities and ambiguity Flag risks early and propose paths to resolution Evaluate effectiveness using feedback and data Iterate content and recommend process improvements Qualifications
5+ years in learning experience design and development Direct client-facing experience in an agency, consultancy or vendor environment Demonstrated success creating content in fast-paced, multi-project settings Excellent writing skills and creativity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Personal accountability, adaptability and problem-solving skills Proficiency with learning management systems and content development tools Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models Experience designing sales training, leadership development, onboarding or related programs Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology or related field preferred Nice to Have
Portfolio showcasing client work across formats and industries Comfort with sprint-based workflows, scoping and estimating level of effort Benefits
