Overview
We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer with experience creating sales training, leadership development training and/or onboarding to design and develop engaging learning experiences that align with our clients’ business needs. Responsibilities
Design and develop a variety of learning experiences, including eLearnings, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, and assessments Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience, including video, audio, simulations, gamification and AI Collaborate with production team to bring learning experiences to life Client Engagement
Conduct thorough project discovery to understand client’s business objectives and implement creative solutions Effectively collaborate with subject matter experts and other key client stakeholders Develop deep understanding of various clients, learners, and industries Demonstrate partnership, innovation, and expertise when interacting with clients Continuous Improvement
Evaluate and improve learning experiences based on feedback and data analysis Project Management
Meet project milestones and deadlines Proactively communicate impediments to progress Required Skills
Excellent writing skills and creativity Strong personal accountability and adaptability Initiative in recommending process improvements and product innovation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and analytical abilities Requirements
5 years of experience in learning experience design and development Proficiency with learning management systems and content development tools Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models Experience designing and developing sales training, leadership development training, onboarding or related programs Bachelor\'s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field preferred Benefits
