Day to Day: Ability to handle and try personal injury cases from inception through trial/resolution. Demonstrate exceptional legal research and writing skills. Draft substantive pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery and other necessary legal documents. Must be flexible with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced litigation environment. Timely complete required trial and administrative tasks. Ability to work as a team member and independently handle various tasks. Qualifications
3-4 years of experience (civil preferred). Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Licensed in Florida and a member in good standing. Compensation and Benefits
