Growth Marketing Manager – Digital & Brand Strategy
Levin & Nalbandyan, LLP | LA Trial Lawyers is seeking a creative and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager – Digital & Brand Strategy to lead marketing across digital, traditional, and community channels. This role will manage the Social Media Manager and external vendors to ensure execution across marketing pillars and directly impact firm growth and community presence. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Manage and mentor the Social Media Manager, ensure consistent posting, newsletter campaigns, and podcast production; provide direction and accountability; oversee vendor relationships to supplement internal capacity. Digital & Social Media Growth: Set and drive aggressive growth goals for followers, reach, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X; oversee content calendars; track engagement, conversions, and ROI. Content Production & Media: Oversee podcast production; coordinate client testimonial videos and attorney spotlights; develop content for press releases, op-eds, and media placements. Email & Newsletter Marketing: Expand email marketing with newsletters, drip campaigns, and lead nurture sequences; segment campaigns for clients, referral partners, and prospects; analyze and optimize performance. Content & Website Development: Lead blog and content strategy for firm websites to boost SEO, regularly publish attorney articles and settlement highlights; keep pages fresh, conversion-focused, and compliant. Traditional Marketing: Create print campaigns, establish a systematic newsletter program, and coordinate community and client events; manage local sponsorships and partnerships to build firm visibility. Referral & Relationship Marketing: Build structured attorney-to-attorney referral programs and launch a B2C referral outreach program with outreach to physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, union reps, and local businesses; develop materials and events to sustain engagement. Reputation, Video & PR: Implement testimonial/video strategy for client stories and branding; manage review generation and reputation monitoring; oversee media opportunities. Analytics & Reporting: Track ROI across digital campaigns, referrals, and events; provide monthly leadership reports with actionable recommendations; manage marketing budgets. Competitive Research: Monitor competitors’ ads, content, community efforts, and PR; provide quarterly insights and adjustments; identify opportunities on emerging platforms. Internal Marketing & Attorney Branding: Support attorneys with personal branding (LinkedIn, bylined articles, speaking opportunities); coordinate internal newsletters and photos for consistent presentation. Vendor & Partner Management: Manage external vendors, negotiate contracts, oversee deliverables, and maintain quality control. Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience (agency or professional services preferred). Proven success growing social media accounts and engagement at scale. Strong background in content marketing, SEO, newsletters, and event coordination. Team leadership and vendor management experience.
