Pattern optimizes and automates levers of ecommerce growth for global brands, including advertising, content management, logistics and fulfillment, pricing, forecasting and customer service across 60+ global marketplaces. We’re looking for a senior-level partnerships leader to drive strategic growth by unlocking access to executive decision-makers at leading consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands. In this role, you’ll build and scale a high-value partner network—including investors, agencies, consultants, and platforms—who can open doors to the right people, at the right level. You’ll work closely with sales leadership to align on targets and categories, driving measurable pipeline through trusted relationships and warm introductions. This is a full-time role based at our Utah headquarters, with direct visibility to executive leadership and high impact on company-wide revenue growth. What is a day in the life of a Director of Partnerships?
Develop and execute a partner strategy focused on generating warm introductions to senior decision-makers at large CPG brands. Identify and recruit high-impact referral partners, including investors, agencies, consultants, and industry influencers. Collaborate with sales leadership to align partner activity with top-priority accounts and revenue goals. Lead discovery and enablement conversations to activate partner engagement and uncover new brand opportunities. Represent Pattern at industry events and networking forums to expand brand visibility and build relationships. Track and report on partner-sourced meetings and opportunities, using data to guide ongoing strategy and improve performance. What will I need to thrive in this role?
7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, with emphasis on building trusted relationships across the CPG, retail, or ecommerce ecosystem. A proven ability to network with industry insiders, open doors to senior decision-makers, and generate warm introductions that lead to qualified pipeline. Deep familiarity with how top consumer brands operate—through direct experience or a robust partner network across agencies, platforms, consultants, or investors. Executive presence, strong interpersonal skills, and professionalism in both 1:1 and public-facing partner interactions. A connector mindset—someone who looks for mutual value and aligns incentives across stakeholders. A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, motivated by the impact partnerships have on revenue outcomes. What does high performance look like?

Build and maintain a strong referral ecosystem as a go-to connector for executives and influencers. You’ll join a collaborative, fast-moving global partnerships team focused on driving quality pipeline through strategic partnerships. The team is lean but growing, with members in the U.S. and Europe, collaborating with sales, marketing, and RevOps.
